30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return under Australian Consumer Law, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in new, unused condition (unworn and unwashed) with all original tags and packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, order confirmation).

If the product has a major fault (as defined by Australian Consumer Law), you are entitled to a return, repair, or replacement, even if the 30-day period has passed.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. If your country of residence is outside of Australia, please allow for possible delays in the return process.

Damages or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and offer a solution in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you believe there is an issue with your refund, and more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
